By purchasing a ticket to the SportNXT Celebration of Sport event (“Event”), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out below. These terms may be updated, replaced or varied by MKTG at anytime from time to time. We will notify you of any changes we make.
Ticket and Payment:
Registrations to the Event are not confirmed until payment is received in full. Registrations close on 12 March 2026. Registration payments can only be made via credit card, unless otherwise agreed by MKTG.
Upon registration, you will be issued a ticket. A ticket includes access to the Celebration of Sport Event being held at The Aviary at Crown Melbourne. One ticket is entry for one person only, tickets cannot be shared. MKTG reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who is not registered and/or anyone who does not have a valid ticket.
Organiser’s Rights:
All advertised details are correct at time of publication however MKTG reserves the right to alter the details of the Event without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. Where MKTG is unable to run the Event in the next twelve (12) months (from the original date), you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid. In the unlikely event that it is cancelled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for any auxiliary expenses incurred in connection with your attendance or non-attendance (including without limitation, cost of travel, car-parking and/or accommodation).
By registering for this event, attendees grant permission to MKTG to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness for promotional use.
MKTG reserves the right to refuse entry or require any attendee to leave the event for any valid reason (including where a ticket cannot be produced and/or where an attendee’s conduct may cause damage to any property and/or threaten the safety of any other people. No refund will be given in the event of such refusal or requirement to leave.
You also agree to any conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator of the Event. You enter into the venue of the Event at your own risk.
Cancellation Policy:
If the original ticket purchaser is unable to attend the event, a substitute attendee may, subject to availability, be registered provided the request is made in writing via hello@mktg.com and confirmed by MKTG in writing. Where MKTG is required to reschedule the event, your pass will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled dates. Should MKTG be unable to offer, deliver or fulfil any engagement within twelve (12) months, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MKTG is not liable to any attendees for any loss, damage, injury, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience arising as a result of an attendee’s attendance or non-attendance of the venue. Where liability cannot be excluded or modified by law, the liability of MKTG is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
Privacy Disclosure:
